If you own the real, original versions of the games and you've got all the appropriate CDs and serial numbers, where required, then selling these games in their entirety is legal. After all, they are resources that you own.
If they're copies, or lack critical components such as the serial numbers, then that's not legal.
If they're lacking their manuals, original cases and such you should tell us which are missing and where.
In general, THN isn't a great place to be selling stuff you own as we, the Admin Team, and Haven as site owner, can take no responsibility whatsoever for any transactions that occur. It would, all in all, be better for you to take sales to such places as Amazon.co.uk's Marketplace.
However, there's nothing strictly problematic about selling your legitimately owned games.
If Haven has an issue with it, as the guy with the final responsibility for everything THN (as he owns the board software and is probably the legally identifiable "owner"), then that's that. I'm sure he'll chime in if there's an issue.
So, what I need you to do, Gopha, is to look through the games you've stated as "for sale" in your thread above and remove any that are not legal, as defined above. If none of the games are legal, or you are in sufficient doubt as to their legal status, please drop me a PM and we'll figure it out from there.

Yep, that's the shape of it. I've had great success with Amazon.co.uk's Marketplace for selling older games, if that helps.
