Nice powerful little box that runs android 4.2 and/or Linux. Lots of connectivity options and tiny tiny footprint (both in terms of power and size).

Looks like it could be a serious contender as a mini-home server/media player.

I've been musing on how best to provide storage and playback for mkv and divx files. Are you thinking that this would be an option for that?

eSATA port running SATA 2 speeds - absolutely. They are open about the gigabit network topping out around 480mb/s but thats still plenty so I see no issues for storage. For playback read: http://imx.solid-run.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=230#p687

I have had one of these for about a year: with a 64GB eMMC module and a 32GB uSD card.
