Hi i need some advice on what to get, to get my new pc over to the lan

Sadly i've got no car and can't talk anyone into driving all the way up there(from London)

Hazards include

1) London underground escalators

2) The transfer at Birmingham new Street

3) Possible bumping of the pc from commuters

Dawg I flew my beast of a computer over from Ireland. If I can do it drunk and through Ryan Air... well, you'll have no problem.

Not the cheapest option, or safest, but if it becomes the direst, you could post your tower(without hard drives) to one of the guys from here that goes by car.

£25-30 for 10kg by RM, as for return, you could post it back directly via next day delivery again. Probably not worth it though.

After looking at most of the posts on MPUK im getting a suitcase to hold the tower.

fill the insides with bubblewrap for transportation and then remove at the LAN end. this stops you finding a snapped graphics card on arrival or dislodged cpu cooler
