Teamspeak disconect issue

Hi!
I'm geting dissconected and geting this error messages:
Maximum number of connections with the same identity exceeded.
Why is this hapening?

I don't know, but we're very shortly rebuilding our TeamSpeak server completely so hopefully these sort of issues will just go away.

Any other TS-competent admin care to comment in the meantime?
