Teamspeak server down

The ts3 server is down for an unknown reason. Until Luc gets a chance to look at it I've brought up the old server on destiny. Use the address destiny.thehavennet.org.uk for now.

Once the main server is fixed I'll take destiny down so if can no longer connect then go back and try ts3.thehavennet.org.uk once again.

There was a bit of a crash on the server side, unrelated to ts3.

Through this change the server key has changed so it may flag up, just need to accept it.

For now, ts3.thehavennet.org.uk is up and running.
