Some very interesting ideas! Although I would have to agree with most of the people commenting about fixing the potholes first. It's getting really bad.

My favourite comment:

Once we have learned what the temperature symbols on the road mean so that we can adjust our driving as they tell us to do, what are we supposed to do when they are hidden by snow? They have not told us about that.
