Just been messing with the shoutbox at Raz's request, though I've been thinking the same thing.

- Removed (hidden) the "Shoutbox" title bit. Seemed redundant and was taking up vertical space.
- Moved the entry box back to the top. Turns out there was an easy option for this after all...
- Expanded the height by about 40 pixels/percent, which gives around seven lines not just five.
- Improved the display of links and text in the MotD.
- Automatically prefixed the MotD with that text.
