[Tech] Steam Chat font/fontsize Skin Fix

Over the last few days the latest version of steam rolled out changed everyone's chat font/font size, I'd expect at some point in the future it will be a setting, in fact it is possible to change it to whatever you need as outlined here. This method is alleged to lack permanence.

There is a skin available that also appears, from my test, to do exactly the same with permanence. AFAIK the skin only affects this issue.

This too is a problem I have.... Although it is better in Big Screen mode...

I will admit, I didn't notice it had changed though.

It's fine in big picture, aside from how big picture replaces your desktop.
