[Tech] Your favourite flavour of Android

I'm about to replace the hateful (slow slow slow!) Sense UI version of Android that HTC ship with the HTC One X plus (HOX+). My usual default is to go the Cyanogenmod route. Its very close to stock, incredibly reliable and usually pretty fast.

But there are other options out there including the increasingly popular AOKP and Paranoid Android (with or without HALO).

Have you used either of the above and care to share your thoughts?

Have I missed anything obvious that's not sense UI based?

My phone is rooted, backed up and ready to go. Let me know your thoughts!

CM is my default path.

I like the idea of HALO on Paranoid Android but I'm not going to give up the features in CM for it :)
