I've slapped this in the BF2 forum to restrict public access, as it's my photo's of my friends etc.
Anyway, as some of you know I went off with my college on a CCF camp this weekend, which was a laugh.
Unfortunetly there's not any photo's of me doing anything, as it's not the time to be taking photos
Sat
Arrived at our little camp, set up ye olde tents and had a nice meal of compo cooked on hexiburners! (I had beefburger and beans, in boil-in-the-bag form yay!)
Then went off with the rest of my squad to go be macho and shoot some guns!
It all went well, no-one died and I think I can just about hit a barn! yay!
The evening was spent out in the fields attempting to navigate without any form of lighting, bit of a laugh really and most of my kit got soaked.
Sun
Went down with my squad to "the butts" which seemed to be a WW1 style trench, we were there for hours and our job was to pull down and change the targets over. So I got bored out of my mind being shot at! fun fun!!
Then followed by some hiking around the surrounding moor land, in the rain and mist
Sunday evening was a lot more fun. Escape and evade!
Effectivly capture the flag by night, in the mist over a ten K square area, with points deducted for being caught by the range staff. It was all fun and games until I managed to snag myself on some barbed wire. Yay!!
Monday
After some breakfast, we got running followed by some "attempted" shooting. Not sure if it was user error or a filthy rifle but my poor ickle L98A1 (Bolt-action SA-80) jammed 6 times out of a clip of 20. I'm not a big fan of jams as I didn't like the idea of half my ammo staying on the ground around me!
Went home for a shower etc..
What you're really here for!
As anyone who lives on the South Coast of England knows, it rained non-stop for 3 days! resulting in me being one rather wet sixth-former
PICTURES!:
T.Y loves the moist-ness
My love-buddy for the tentage!
Umm...
Some of squad 6 (not my bitches!)
And finally, safely back at college!
