So, just added, the NSFW tag. Works as follows:

It's a block tag, so not good for the shoutbox or words in the middle of a sentence. This doesn't make it okay to post stuff that's really not PG-13 but does help us help you (the wider you). Works pretty much the same as the spoilers tag.
