Dunno if it's because of the headstart but some servers are suffering ridiculously big queueus. Hopefully sorted for release.

In the meantime Perento is a no-go. So temporarilly on Caster/Elyos as Fluffball (have a guild called Respawned if anyone needs one)

BTW very much enjoying the game still, surprised no more havenites are trying it - especially the wow junkies ;)

Well, the WoW-junkies are either too busy playing WoW or - like me and a good number of others, currently - not playing at all due to various personal reasons. So there :)

You should know best yourself, that games often get dismissed simply on account of "not being WoW"... Plus there is the inevitable fear of lack of end-game content every WoWer has in other games, I suppose. The five years of WoW development can really be seen in comparison to most up-start games, even those as promising as Aion.

*shrugs*

I've played wow since launch. It's great but not sure I like end game anymore.

AoC sucked (too buggy and clunky)
War sucked (too easy)
LotR sucked (too slow / monotonous)

Aion so far is like wow on steroids, with the difficulty ramped up. And that's a good thing imo.

So help me god if you had levelled a Magus you would be eating your words right now. I was 8th in the EU to max level one and I can see why. HATE that game just for that class.

Meh, even the devs admitted the lack of challenge in the game was one of the main reason it didn't do so well.

I was a rogue type character (blood witch or something)

Witch Elf? In that case you were the second of the two OP classes (the top being the Bright Wizard/Sorcerer) - which yes, did find it all too easy to do anything when levelling. I'm still gutted WAR didn't work out :(

So anyway, Silk, can you play yet?

Like I said, on Elyos / Castor as Fluffball for now.

Having mucho fun, hit level 16 last night.

If the queues on Perento aren't sorted anytime soon this might end up being my main.
