If they actually do somehow manage to disrupt facebook in any way, not only will half the internet suddenly start to time out, but in addition a LOT more people will pay attention to them, and it will likely increase the pressure on the relevant authorities to fix things.
i think it's more likely going to be something like the Swedish (i think it was) guy who's work they copied and changed bits and hosted making so many copies, where every one was different, that no-one could tell which was fake.
though that said i also wouldn't put it past them to try take the site down... hell i mean they took Visa offline so i'm fairly sure they have the fire-power to take FB down too
That, and if people actually read the T&C before clicking 'accept' they'd find most of this "LOL PRIVACY" stuff was in there, and they'd agreed to let FB do whatever the heck it wanted anyway.
