Another small oddity

Just found that the new "mini-window" that pops up when you give someone rep doesn't have a cursor in the text field. This confuses me to no end

Haven't found this posted before. If it's known, delete this thread to your heart's content!

Well spotted. I was having a hard time getting that window to display, earlier this week. That's probably a template/script change, but if it's actually core code then I'll report it as a niggle and leave it alone. I'm trying to stay clear of core code changes where-ever possible.
