Right. Because of the Status of Bexxor's internet, neither of us has been around alot lately.
Unfortunately this has meant that the guild bank has been left destitute and im fortunate that Fae has very kindly kept things tidy for me while ive been gone.
Id like to give her a public thanks here.
Anyway. Im back (or within a day or two of being back fully). So not only are bank related things back to the status quo, I also have a new proposal.
This should not only make the bank a bit of cash but also provide a fun alternative to raiding for a guild event.
It is...drum roll please..........i said Drum Roll Please!....Dammit.....
........The Haven Guild Bank Treasure Hunt
So. How will this work, I hear you ask. Well. Let me elaborate.
I will get 4 other officers to help me. We will create level 1 alts with names similar to those you recognize us by. (Tyngham for example. Or Faeswamp.)
The level 1 unguilded alts prevents cartographer based cheating.
I will then secrete these 4 officers about a zone. They will each have one clue pointing people the next officer. The fourth and final officer will send you to me. I will hand over the prize.
For example.
Fae may start the Hunt by giving you the clue to find Belegon,
who then gives you the clue to find Lithy,
who then gives you the clue to find Zooggy,
who then gives you the clue to find T-bone,
who then gives you the clue to find me.
I hope that makes sense.
So. What will the prize be? And what will it take to enter.
Put basically. The prize is money, or something worth a lot of it. Or something rare and desirable.
The cost to enter will get less and less the more people enter. The idea is that I can run this at a profit to the bank AND people can have fun.
I was thinking of running it this Thursday.
Ideas?
