Been a while since our last one. Working on a new mission. I'll need to do some work to update our old missions as ACE and the mission framework I use need to be in sync. Still we'll have one bigger mission to play.

Figure it'll be in the evening, around 21:00 onwards. Anyone around for that?

Be sure to have ACE2 installed and updated before we start!

I have ACE but i had some trouble with the interface, ill need some help to set it up, ideally if you could spend 10 min with me before then, games patched.

Also, how does the coop respond to play DC, do you just drop back in, or mid mission saves, or what?

And ill take some time tomorrow to get voice activation balanced on TS too, havent used it since i used to BF2 with THN.

Happy to help with ACE. The interface has changed since I wrote the documentation post. I'll also update that.

If you DC, mostly you just drop back in on an AI character (your character will switch to AI, I believe, if you drop). Assumes you still have lives left, though we've never run out of lives to date (we usually play with 5 lives each per mission).

Really good fun, though next time, assuming ghostwolf's all fixed can we start a little ealier, thats not to say get more time in, just ealier, i really enjoyed it, though i wana see more flaregun love next time. - Killed the last guy using flare light!

Also, while i know the option to teleport was not intentional, i though it was a nice grounding* tool for use at our discretion, eg when i died at the extraction, i was able to gear up and teleport to the bottom of the hill and work my way back in.

*anti suck tool w/e :)

Yeah. The teleport business was partially enabled but shouldn't have been active while not in debug mode. Weird. Still, as you say, useful when used sparingly.
