Augemented reality (web cam required)

I know a lot of you have done/seen this tech used before:

First time I've seen it as part of a flash app though

You will need to print out an A4 image and have a webcam handy.

Yeah, I saw this at work here at the office, a couple of weeks ago. It's rather simple technology, considering what's out there nowadays, but it still blew my mind.
