Authenticator help

I need some help. I've been trying to bus an authenticator, but it seems you need a credit card to do so. I don't have one (most people in the Netherlands do not), so I can't buy one. Can anyone help me? I think Nactall also wants an authenticator.

I believe you can use paypal or just a standard visa debit to pay on the blizzard store now...

EDIT: when I login to my battle.net account there is an option at the bottom to add another payment type - If I do this I get asked what card type I am using and get the following options:

Amex
Mastercard
Visa
Discover
JCB
Visa Electron
Carte Bleue
Delta Visa
Solo
Maestro

I don't know if its different in your country but surely you have one of those?

Is it possible to buy them here in the UK with a delivery address in the Netherlands? If so I can buy them for all who want them, and just accept paypal payments from you guys (I trust you all enough )

EDIT: So checked it, does seem feasible in theory to buy them and send to Netherlands, but the way the authenticators tie to the accounts I think I would need account details of people to have to log in and buy them via those accounts. Which I'm not going to expect people to give me, nor would I ask for. Still, if people are desperate, I'm willing to do this still.
