Bad Company 2 - PC Spawn lag

Any of you who have been playing Bad company 2 with me recently will have heard me moaning about massive amounts of spawn lag that I have been receiving - it turns out that it's being caused my my antivirus...

Here's a thread on the Bad Company 2 forums that explains the fix - basically you need to add an exception to the "BFBC2" folder in your Documents folder.

On Vista/W7 this will be at "C:\Users\[username]\Documents\BFBC2"

On WinXP this is at "C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\My Documents\BFBC2"

Either disable your AV or add those folders to your AV's exclusion list - and BAM spawn lag gone.

It's because It's me. If i had a degree is computing everyone would take things i suggest seriously.

No I brushed it off because I had my whole Steam folder on the exclusion list already - but not the BFBC2 folder in my Documents folder.

Anyway, props to Gombol for bringing it to my attention
