Linky with news and teaser trailer. Nothing about the game, story or anything. But if you loved BG&E as much as I did, you will probably just be in the "oh my god" stage of disbelief of them actually making it.

I've heard you can get the original via steam.. is this true? Is it worth the purchase?

I can't see the original Steam, but it is definitely worth getting if you like a game with a great story, lots of missions, a huge amount of emotion, and some great visuals (rembering it is a few years old now). I have had issues installing the game from CD under XP 64-bit, but 32-bit Pro was fine. It's available at Play.com for PC, so it's definitely possible to buy a copy.

Beyond Good and Evil was a truly great (and in my opinion also innovative) Game. The only thing about the game I disliked was the final bossfight, which took me at least 10 tries or something before I managed to get things sorted ;)

I understood that perfectly. What you haven't understood is that we don't advocate illegal downloads. We don't care if you do it just don't mention it on the forum. It's for THN's sake. Not yours.

[mod]Yep, just the briefest note here. Nanor's said it all, really. We know warez happens and we can't stop that. But we can avoid promoting it, which runs to not accepting "hey, I'll just torrent it" comments. Most of us have been guilty of saying it here at one point or another, even me. It's a dangerous issue, though, and one that can burn us so we avoid it completely. Thanks for helping out in that regard.[/mod]
