2, Online bank transfer or paypal
3, I reckon buyer pays, same as ebay. In UK it's only a quid or two for recorded for games iirc. I'll try grab Slidey to talk further though, he'd probably agree on £20 inclusive of p&p (unless you are outside UK in which case it's probably cheaper to buy from a games shop).
