BF2 Movie Competition!

Ok so all you young movie buffs out there want to make a movie about bf2?

Well I'd like to propose a competiton!

I think we should have 3 catergories;

1.Best Edited/Composed Movie
2.Funniest BF2 movie
3.Overall Best Movie

How many of you would like to enter? I think there should be a set amount of material(footage) you can make it out of too?

What do you all reckon and how many people would like to enter?

Also how much time do you think we should allow for it to be completed?

Why have a competition? Only way that would work would be if we had the same theme/script and then chose an "official" one. If you want to make a movie - brilliant! If you have footage to share - brilliant too! I'd share mine, if I had any...

I don't have any footage however, and I don't think there will be much until the battlerecorder is fixed, either. I don't want to direct one (I think), but rather use footage from matches/practises etc.

So, yes, I'm in, if you can actually motivate making a competition of it. Otherwise I'd suggest just making the movies and having a laugh?

Hopefully battlerecorder will be fixed on friday (new patch, sorting UAV hopefully)

so it shouldn't be too hard

What's wrong with the UAV?

its just something to do with the battle recorder, not the game itself. Apparently the new UAV crashes the recorder

For some reason, battlerecorder can't cope with UAV's with the new patch

For example, try and watch that match with TTP we had ages ago.. Mashtuur city, Alpha arrives at a point 1.56 minutes in, Bambi launches the UAV, BF2 will CTD

Therefore, with the current patch, a recording is useless if the UAV got used at any point
