Can you use the veteran program? thats porbably why you cant get it. i dont know is veterans still avaliable?

I have tried using the veterans option to get my BF2 name but it won't let me. I have tired and tried and emailed EA, but they offer little more than standard answers, So I gave up!

So I guess the sad man who has taken my name is probably me!
