Umm.. if you see he's ruffling peoples hair, pushing bottles out of trolleys and blowing plants off balconies. The wind does that. He is the wind. :p

because that would have made people bee on the lookout for clues, such as all the videos on "related" with the name "wind"... and also, I thought people would figure that themselves.

Not that I want to say that you didn't look close enough, but actually its said in the video who that guy is (have a look at those small letters which form a special word just in the end below his face, which I must not mention, as it would be a spoiler otherwise!)
