I played the first Brothers In Arms game and it didn't catch me. For those who didn't see it first time around, it was a squad-based FPS where you take control of your squad but it offered a semi-RTS mode where you could get an eagle-eye view of the battlefield and organise flanking maneuvers and that sort of thing. It sounded like a neat idea but I found the first game pretty soulless.
Apparently there was a second in the series. I missed that one completely.
So, roll on a few years and here we have Brothers In Arms: Hell's Highway. I've been watching the video interviews for this game for a bit and they make the game look and feel pretty interesting. They sound like they've put a lot of personality into their characters and the gameplay and that, for me, could make it more interesting.
As a by-the-by, I like the way these mixed trailer-come-interview videos work and the production values on these ones are fairly good, just as a piece of presentational work.
