[Bug] Shoutbox screwed up by server time reset

Ok so i've been away all weekend, I come back an make some posts in the shoutbox which suddenly don't appear (although they seem to register.) Currently the time is 14.03 - The last post in the shoutbox has a timestamp of 14.31 (from Ronin) and this is causing problems because the new shouts I am making are showing up in cronological order... i.e. being inserted about 2 pages in where the correct time is (currently about 14.04)

Yep, this is screwy and probably because the shoutbox (and other things) don't use UTC-based times to store their posts. Which is crap.

Shout again after 14:31?

Just to add to the fun, I can't post to the shoutbox because it has 1 second flood protection. And I posted at around -360 seconds...
