The engine wasn't turned on. No one would be that stupid. The engine is merely rotating due to the wind, as they work so well. It would be pointless having an engine that was had to rotate
The engine noise is from the APU (Auxiliary Power Unit) which is itself a 5th slower engine on the 747. Its in the tail on the plane, and you can JUST see it on that video at time frame 2:48 (its a small black circle right on the end of the tail). The APU is used to give the plane power (Air-Con, lights, computer, etc.) when it is in hangars or not flying. This is because you dont want to power up an engine when doing some work on the plane, as its wasteful! And you can't turn on the engines in a hangar, as the exhaust will fill the room with not nice gases very quickly
