Shamelessly nicked from elsewhere. Thought it was handy. :)

Yea I've been using something similar to figure out where to start... but after that it's been plain sailing and have done very little travelling, they really have gone to town on this :D

Similar... eh. I saw this myself on mmo, alot of efforts in this, and i hope everyone playing cata finds it.

if it isn't already, sticky this :)

(perhaps the other stickies should be looked at for relevance now too?)

I've noticed it doesn't cover all transport, like the boats from stormwind to Kalimdor.

actually, looking at that, it's missed out that you can go from Ashenvale to North STV - got a quest for it yesterday (which I'm going to ignore...)

Yeah I think Sasser is right, almost no transport. Maybe I'll update the map.. but I don't know all the routes either :)

Looks like it's more of a levelling guide, showing you the transport from one place to another when changing levelling zones.

You get a quest from Booty Bay at around 35 that ports you to Western Plaguelands, so that's an alternative to the Southern Barrens progression route. I levelled my human hunter from 1 to 59 without so much as looking at Kalimdor.

Levelling does seem smoother and faster. Up to 35 on my hunter and I am outlevelling the quests in areas I am in (turning grey). Battlegrounds are really fun and getting a whole level when winning them :)

Quests are definetly more interesting.

Had to put together a Big Daddy in Stonetalon Mountains and try and give a rock giant a laxative in Azhara :D brilliant

Nothing beats the new Burning Steppes 3rd quest chain imo, where you thwart a plot to control a Pit Lord by disguising yourself with a mask, trick the leaders into accepting meat with laxatives, a 'controlling crystal' that has zero magic and a load of sleeping flame imps... Then if that didn't scupper them enough, fly a red dragon over their mountain caves and blast whatever the Pit Lord didn't send flying.
