Chromehounds

Before you all say it, I know that someone made a thread about Chromehounds before, but I can find it! Anyway, I downloaded the Chromehounds demo on my X360 today and I must say, its looking really good! Its all very nice and smooth, the graphics are great, and theres nothing better than stomping over tanks and buildings with big turbomechs I can see this being a VERY interesting multiplayer game, if they get the balancing right between all the weapons.

I tried the demo yesterday and it was bboooorrrrrrriinnnnnngggg!

Easy peasy, and the intro was possibly the least dramatic "meh" intro I've ever seen!

Really? I was loving just stomping around blowing stuff up Maybe I'm just too easy to please when it comes to big mechanical monsters. As for the non-dramatic intro, its one of those dodgily translated Japanese thingybobs ... that I love!
I do see your point, it was all running and gunning (and was easy) but I think it does offer a good bit of arcade-ish action. Wasn't Mechwarrior in the same vein? I never ever played those games but everyone seemed to love them. Plus! The singleplayer is reputedly quite tame, as far as blowing shit up goes, but apparently the multiplayer is rather good. Im willing to give it a chance, just for the fact they tried to make a game about big explosions and guns and stompy stompy action.

Oh and Phryxus: Piacular and myself are both on Xbox Live. I'm called Captain Crumb, and Piacular was boring and went with Piacular
