City Ranks

Ok on Dragonback now Altdorf has recently reached rank 2 while the Desturction city reached Rank 3 yesterday (I know this is due to Order being seriously out numbered while Destruction remain over populated). I am wondering what City the ranks are on your realms and what benefits are you recieving?

To be honest, I'd become confused and thought that City Rank was something I got for doing quests in the capital... so I have no idea!

I think it is, and thats why a highly populated server would advance ranks faster =\

On Mount Silverspear, destruction has reached rank 2, whilst order is still rank 1.
