Seems the "Weapon teir" thing is just a gamemode.

You only get that with the collectors edition, as far as I can tell.

No really Tets, BC2 Vietnam is a reskin (Same maps (And i really mean, same maps.), just reskinned, same weapons, reskins, etc.)

They even announced it somewhere that it's less of an "Expansion" and more of a reskin.

Maybe it is a reskin, maybe it isn't. Who gives a hoot. The point is that the contrast you were making between Black Ops and BC2 Vietnam is void because Black Ops is also just a reskin. The difference being that EA won't be charging 45 quid for their reskin.
