[CoD4] Server

[Ronin Storm]

So, after much hard work uploading and getting configs and such (everyone give big thanks to elD and Trax!), we finally have a working Call of Duty 4 server running v1.3.

It can be found at:

promethius.thehavennet.org.uk:28960

It's running PunkBuster and a config that Trax pinched/threw together, plus the map rotation announced in a [thread=5792]separate thread[/thread].

It isn't showing up in the server browser at the time of this post. You may need to add it manually to your favourites. Ideas for how to fix that appreciated, of course.

So, get out there and fight soldiers!

To add the Server to your favourites, you need to Load the game,

Go into your server browser, select : Location - Favourites,

And at the top right third or fourth option down Select Add Server,

Type the IP : 87.117.203.96 Or promethius.thehavennet.org.uk into the box that appears and hit OK,

You should now have the THN server in your favourites list

The server is Now listing in the Main Directory !

Yeah, a shutdown for an hour made the master list forget it and then bringing it back up seemed to solve the problem. Yay.
