Community threads in New posts

The community thread stuff has a habbit of getting forgotten i've found. Is there anyway to add it to the new posts command so that it shows up automatically?

You and a bunch of other people have been asking vBulletin to make this a standard feature. Unfortunately, it seems to require screwing around with core code in the search functionality (which is how New Posts works) and we try hard not to play with the core code because that makes maintenance/upgrades very difficult.

At the moment, not very easy. I'd wondered about modifying the Social Groups page to be more useful (it's pretty useless at the moment) but that hasn't made it as far as a plan yet, again by virtue of being pretty tricky...

Anyone got an ongoing interest in writing PHP for vBulletin for THN?
