Since this seems to be the popular thing lately, I'm looking at buying all this stuff. Any thoughts?

Looks good for the price.

Depending on whether you care about power usage or not, may be worth a look at the Phenom II x6 as an alternative at that price range. The intel will be faster clock for clock at default speeds but the phenom's are unlocked and very overclockable.

Thats the only thought I can offer :)

Honestly not interested in either power usage or messing with overclocking, but noted nonetheless.

Looks pretty damn good for that price, certainly not to be sniffed at. Had a play with a mates 5750 the other day and was actually very impressed. bang for buck definetely a good call at the moment.
