Connection issues

Hey folks.

Dunno when I have a raid-capable connection again, since UPC -finally- figured out that sending a -third- engineer to check my modem and outlet in the house doesn't help -to fix a problem in the network outside my house-. They are now (yes, according to the guy I spoke on the phone), during the weekend working on the network to fix it for me and the approx. 120 other users who have been suffering from the same crappy on-and-off connection since March.

I hope it will be fixed soon.

No worries. It is one of those things that will have to be sorted when possible.
