I've not given out any today. I've given out some in the last 24 hours though.

Does the cookiemod make a distinction between "Today" and "last 24 hours"?

Hmm, I thought the cookie limit was measured in day periods, but I guess that can't make sense as basing cookie provision on UTC would be weird. Guess that means that "today" means "last 24 hours" after all. I'll go change the phrase that powers that to be clearer.

You've given out all the cookies you can for the moment, try again later (in 24 hours, maybe less).
