[EVE] Corp fusion?

My corp Hexstoof is currently very, very small, and we are a couple of members who would like to join another bigger corp, so we got someone to play with. But there's very few corps that we know and trust, so its not so easy just to pick some corp.
Right now Im chatting with Tiger Mining Corp wich are good friends of mine, and they might be ready to join a nice big corp with us.

Im looking for a minmatar space, non-pirate high sec corp with 25-50 members.

I dont know how you guys feel about your corp, but I just thought you might want to join us, so we join the same corp.

If both tiger mining corp, and you guys wanna join a corp with us, we could just make a new big corporation.

I dont know what we would do about directors and CEO and such, I guess the CEO would be from Tiger Mining Corp, as I dont want the CEO rank, and you guys are pretty new to the game.

Please, tell me what you think about a fusion. Right now I can only see advantages for everyone with this, but I might be wrong

Sorry, taken a few days to bat this one around with the Directors. Been a busy week.

For the moment, we're not looking to merge in with another group. Yep, we're small, but we're also still very much finding our feet and our own particular niche and we'd like to have that figured before we look at how to seriously expand, be that through a hardcore recruitment programme (not just singletons but tens and dozens) or a Corporate merger of one form or another.

That's not to say that we wouldn't be interested in cooperating with such a group or yourself but that we want to remain autonomous for the time being.

Please do let us know how you get on and we'd certainly be interested in sharing some ventures in the future.
