CS:GO pre-purchases are live.
10.79 atm with 10% off for the next couple of days. 11.99 after it ends. [I reckon the 10% will be off almost up until release tbh]

Anyone on here planning on getting it?

I haven't played CS properly since 1.6. Had the beta of CS:GO since release and had a dabble every now and then and it seems pretty good so far. I even did a little "quick look" video on my youtube channel.

Would be good to have some people to play with when it's released. :D

Have they got rid of the stupid free market economy stuff? Is it still unfeasibly expensive to buy a kevlar and helmet or a flashbang?

That's been gone for a while now, at least on the servers I play on (UKCS) :)

From the admittedly little material I've seen, I haven't yet been convinced it's a sufficiently big jump from CSS to make me buy it. (Not to mention CSS' rather low system requirements)

Loved CSS in uni but that was mostly because in the first year in halls it was the only game we could play on the network :p.

Just pre-purchased it. UKCS will have some servers up when it's released so at least there will be somewhere decent to play.

[Offtopic] Ahhh Nostalgia, see my first game at uni was Half Life Deathmatch. Double Shotgun to the back of someones head was great in Halls since you could hear them swearing at you down the corridor :D
