Being an avid Radio One fan and loving Zane lowe and thinking about kewl things to do on THN radio I realised we could do a THN the nations section on a night Where we get 5 or 6 DJ's to make a show of music from their own or selected nationality.

So T-bone could do Scotland music such as Texas, Travis, Lou Lou!!

As Haven suggested north and south England as we seem to be so far apart!!

and then we need a Wales and Ireland representative.

If we have all positions filled then if you have a great list of another nationality's music then we can put you forward.

But anyway im getting carried away (men in white coats)!!

so post and tell me what u think!!

So so far we have a few people showing intrest. I wanna get this up and runing before the radio takes a low again.

we have so far
  • Gopha: IRELAND
  • Nanor: NORTHERN IRELAND
  • DocBot: SWEEDEN
  • T-Bone: SCOTLAND
Quite obviously i need more ppl.

So come on guys il post a date end of week sometime when i get more replys!!

long time then!!!

um about and hour. maybe like a mega radio session of one day like at weekend or wenever were free. might be kewl to do a special TS joint show at the end with our fav tracks from the day but im getting to big for my boots there i think.

My ideas need backing of which i cannot find right now. Unless TBone will support me.

if we're gonna do one hour shows we couldn't transmit them all in a row anyway... how about prerecording them and then sending them maybe one a day or something like that?

But y cant we go back to back. weve been doing 2 back to back for a couple of days now.

but yes if we have all uploaded and then maybe a last show for 8pm with the best bits.

grr y didnt i do radio in uni!!!

Sure a wage packet is fine - how many reputation points an hour would suffice ? :)

As for Wales - if someone catches him online then badger Duren - I'm sure his secret Tom Jones and Kerys Matthews stash can be brought out of hiding sharpish.

Ah u guys r great. It helps that u guys seem to be behind this but maybe some more suggestions of how the idea should work might be useful.

So far it stand as all do ur shows in week time (most likely at night) ans the upload on 7th. Myslef and whoever can help then need to check up loads for file name issues and then host a day where they are available.

Maybe being played at random all day with just the nations files. Maybe take others ofline for a 24 hours or less (so put them in another folder on FTP)

And then do a show about 8 pm with the Dj's choice of best song from there show in a team speak session. May have to be directed so that there no genral talkage but we can see about that later.

now go and rip that apart!!
