Okay, it's a lie, I was just using a controversial, popular title to attract the attention of the masses. My figuring is that most people will check out this thread now to voice outrage and disgust.

TL;DR Just read the next damn bit.

Err, picked up this weeks weekly, it's Flame Levi for those who don't know, and had an idea (yes, it hurt), for funsies mostly, although it would be cool for ... well not progression, more just to showoff.

I may have missed it in my absence, but we never tried for some of the achievements in Ulduar, from things like 'I choose you!...' (earning us some Algalon unlocking quests if I'm correct), to things like Crazy Cat Lady. Whatever floats your boat. At the end of the day, it's just a suggestion, and I think we could easily knock a few of them out. There's a nice Rusted Proto Drake if we really went for it.

Anyway, voicing this for opinions, suggestions, interest etc.

We are still working - slowly - our way towards Algalon whenever we have the time and the people. About a month ago we downed three of the keepers on hardmode and are currently stuck at Mimiron, who on hard mode is a bitch, think Mimiron and Ignis combined. Point being, there IS people that are interested in that stuff, but ICC obviously is our main priority at the moment.

On that note, I've been saving my Ulduar lockout, which now contains only Mimiron up. Every so often, when opportunity presents itself, we do a foray into the place and try to progress further. Like Sasser says, it doesn't happen all that often, as our priorities lie elsewhere.

Rest assured, it's not dismissed, however. Not by a longshot.

Same goes for Yoggy-25 and Algalon-25, by the way, though I seriously doubt we have the interested manpower...

Hehe, yeah, not enough achievement whores in this guild for that

But I think drae wants more then just hardmodes, he wants other achievements aswell
Just wanted to say, I am up for any achievements naxx, uld, toc, eoe, os, I dont care! I want more achievements done!

Maybe it is an idea to make saturdays raid an achievement raid, in which we do a raid (any raid) and try to get as much achievements as possible?

Yeah, I was actually going to come to that; I had a new thought today (uh-oh again).

This could end up getting repetitive, in which case it could be easily mixed up, but we make the weekly raid quest our 'achievement whore' quest. So for instance, if it's... Patchwerk (for instance), then we'll go do some achievements in Naxx, and do this on a day when people who are interested can make it.

Obviously I haven't done much recently, so I have little in the way of actual research, but... Yeah. IT would be kinda awesome to have a raid night for achievements, obviously when convenient, and not interfering with normal raiding.

It would be incredible if we could develop large guild interest, and get some 25 mans going, but I know that's a bit hard at this stage.

Yeah, basically what Elincia said about achievements; any and all is good. Although the ones that give shinies are particularly good.

I know I'd be up for it, honestly. I also need to find some volunteers to clear some old T7 content and get the achievements.
