Its that time of the year again, when the big boys and Dell come out to play.
Custom PCs dream PC comp is the nuts and a worthy use of 6grand if you have that to spend on a PC.

So here we go

click on the 4 entrants one by one then watch all the vids, well watch the Vadim and scan ones anyway, the Dell is just a Dell and the Gladiator is the retarded cousin who tries hard but just doesn't get that jam isn't supposed to be inserted into the nose.

I've had a problem with them. I love them. They overcharge a bit, but just get the stuff from their "Today Only" section and everything else from Overclockers or somewhere else.

Still, they are fine for me :)

I love scan, never had a problem with them. You're the first person I've ever heard complain. I have the added benefit of having free delivery. Teir prices are generally better than OCs and their customer support is miles better then ebuyer *rubbish*
Yeah u can save a couple of quid if u get stuff from ebuyer, but their RMA process is awful, they treat you like a young infant with a chew toy rather than a few grands worth of PC. SCAN FTW.

I had to RMA a router a couple of years back with ebuyer - not a single problem with it. They got it back, and within a week I had the replacement - as expected...

I've had to RMA 4 things to ebuyer.
the first disappeared in their engineering dep. the second was fine and sorted ok. the third took 5 weeks to resolve because they buggered the RMA code and lost it. the third was ok but they were damn rude the whole time.

All in all not that impressed. I'm happy to admit that accidents can occasionally happen and that cock ups do occur, but thats a joke. I got no apology on any occasion and even when they admitted fault they tried to charge me for delivery.

I have also had no problems at all with ebuyer even with getting 2 dodgy HDDs from them they sorted it out quickly and there were no problems so i guess that it's like all of these online comuter places, some people have no trouble and others do!
