As long as they manage to capture the same feel as they did in Duke Nukem 3D, I think everything's gonna be aaaaaaaalllllllriiiiiight.

The only thing I'm slightly worried about is the obligatory vehicle section, but thats a concern common to all FPS's I play.

I HATE the obligatory vehicle section. Even in halflife THe fucking car and boat sections in HL 2 and the train section in HL1 were boring as anything.

I loved the car and boat bits of HL2. There were also a few bits of the episodes that had vehicle bits that were a laugh as well. But then I love driving games so any excuse to drive a fast vehicle in an FPS is fine by me.

It has to be done well but FPS that just shooty often bore me in single player. It would be interesting to see the opinion of people who dislike the driving sections whether they generally dislike driving games.

To be fair, yes, I generally dislike driving games, as well as driving vehicles etc in the battlefield games.
