It doesn't look faked, but the vid is of too low quality to say for sure, one thing though, because of the refractory index of water the fish can't always see the man's hands, but he holds them pretty wel above them so i suppose you can't bust the vid on that alone..

Impressive, that's more than a 2 second memory they demonstrate there. :)
