***Agent Information***
To locate ALL agents in EVE who will work with
you, F10/display settings/my information/my
agents. The green dots are agents. Move your
mouse over the dot for information on the agents
in that system.

To find agents to work with in a specific
corporation, pull up the corporations information
(search People & Places, or in the station they
own), and check out the agents tab. It
shows agents in the corp. by division.

You can also search agents by standings by:
Go to Character Sheet/Standings - look at the
corporations under liked by, right click/show
info/agents, you can see all the agents that are &
aren’t available to you. It will also tell you
the corp. standing you need to have a specific
agent become available to you.

Standing required to talk to an agent = (Level - 1) * 2 + Quality * 0.05

Agent Quality:
Agent quality shows the relative richness of the
agent's rewards compared to other agents of
the same level. An average agent's quality will be
0. Effective quality is a percentage modifier on
rewards from that agent.

I've read the article on tanking and it's really very good, very informative.

Bob, with your immense shields you appear to be working on a Passive Shield Tanking methodology so you might benefit from reading up in that section. I've gone for a bastardisation of Active Shield Tanking and some EWar stuff and that might not be a good choice so I'll review that and probably buff up the AST and come back at EWar later.
