Since I cannot create / modify these bits myself, ( I think I'm only able to run certain part of the eve sub forums) I'd like to request a new -NERF- subforum for Ship Fittings (basically a clone per sé of HNW plans, profiles and goals.

The second part is to make "NISYN Aelisha" on this board a moderator to the NERF sub-forums to enable him to post stickies etc.

Done. With added job of sweeping inactive HNW forums into a separate category so they don't clutter the listing so much (for those who could see them).

I would like to add an extension to this original request, that NISYN Aelisha be made a Group Leader for all EVE-related usergroups due to the fact that he is our alliance leader.

Unless there are groups that are not visible to me, the two in question are:

-NERF- CEOs & Representatives
-NERF- Members
