Will that not just mean that finished products cost less than the materials used to make them due to the people trying to buy their way to max level? (Like what happens in Runescape for example) That's p. bad

Well watching the video, 95% of the stuff in the game is crafted, as they don't have "boss" type mobs in the game to give the high level loot. As such, those players wanting any kind of gear will have to go and collect materials to give to a dedicated crafter (like myself) who will then make stuff for them and level up. The only real issue I see there is getting a balance of combat characters and crafter characters - although there's likely to be far more combat based characters, so more opportunities for moi

Why nwait until September when the Open Beta is in 2 days?

Battle Begins August 17 in Open Beta

FALLEN EARTH, LLC announced today that the post-apocalyptic massively multiplayer online (MMO) game of the same name will begin an Open Beta program August 17. Players who want to get an early glimpse of Fallen Earth on August 17 need only register on FilePlanet beginning Friday, August 14 at 1 p.m. ET (GMT-4).

Seems it's the FilePlanet subscribers who get the open beta access, rather than just those registered with FilePlanet.

The system requirements for this suck......3 gig of ram for Vista minimum? I had just watched the vids and got my hopes up and all, only to be dashed when I saw that .........Life's Unfair for Vista users.
