For those that don't know, are too young to remember, Fallout 1&2 are some of the finest RPG computer games ever produced. Think irradiated Mad Max served up with mutants, big guns, head popping martial arts, dark mirth and lashings and lashings of cyberpunk post-apocalyptical storyline.
Fallout tactics was a terrible fall from grace, bearable only in that it was to be a quick release money spinner to fund the production of Fallout 3. However Black Isle was then shut down leaving the title to wither.
When Bethesda bought the rights in mid 2004 I felt the first swell of hope that, like a radioactive phoenix, Fallout 3 would arise from the ashes to greatness.

Wonder if they’ll use a 3D engine like that behind Oblivion? Any thoughts?
