During my boredom of World of Warcraft and one of the million reasons for me leaving (albiet one of the smaller reasons) was the game Fiesta, an MMORPG set with an Anime theme and with awesome cell-shaded effects to making it look more cartoony.
Fiesta Online
The game was free to download and play, so obviously I took a gander to see what it is like, and was amazed by the graphics and the playability. It may not have as much area to explore, rules on naming or choice as WoW or other mainstream MMO games, however what it does have makes it more unique.
GM's play in the game as roam around and actually help as much as possible, an automatic bonus for MMOs these days. Really random when one sends server-wide notices about people spamming them with whispers only to say "hi" when he could be helping others. The game has an interesting cell-shaded anime setting, making it almost seem like you are playing in an anime cartoon.
The range of character types may not be large, but each have their own uses in the game:
Mage
Mages in Fiesta are one of the two range-type classes and the one that relies heavily on hightened mana and the ability to send out one magical attack after another. More able than Archers to deal damage in short periods of time.
Archer
The other range-type classes that relies less on mana and more on damage-over time abilities (poisons) and faster attack speeds. More able than mages over time.
Cleric
The healing class in the game that act more like a Paladin than a Priest. Clerics are useful in any situation for healing, reviving and removing DoT's as well as offering additional melee damage.
Fighter
The main melee-type class in the game, fighters deal more damage than clerics in close range as well as having higher survivability.
