[FIXED] Apostrophes in shouts

Previously if you made a shout like:

Hey everyone, I'm off down the pub!

... and then you editted it you'd only see:

Hey everyone, I

... in the edit box.

This is now fixed. See my funky PHP powA.

I've fixed a second issue that presented the same symptoms, where if you editted a shout and put in apostrophes and then editted that shout again it broke in the old buggy way.

Let me know if there are problems.
