After watching it a second time, I'm not convinced they're live rounds. all the rounds that would miss the Pram would have to hit the concrete. i see NONE hitting the concrete, she cannot be THAT good an aim especially the amount that the rifle recoils in her hands.

Also note that if it were a real gun, she would not be pointing it in the direction of the stroller when the guy is still standing beside it. And the "recoil" looks ridiculous.
